What a treat to tune in to his TV Show every week and get to see entertainers like, Bing Crosby, Ella Fitzgerald, Jonathan Winters and Phyllis Diller as well as newer talents such as Linda Ronstadt, the Mamas and the Papas, Elton John and the Jackson 5. The Jacksons, Osmonds, at the beginning of their careers.  A great way for a family to spend some time together...celebrating talent!  Thanks for the joy you gave us!

INSPIRATION...

...is all around me...sights & sounds.  But I have to confess I am most excited by those things that I see in black & white.  When I pass by a store for instance, it is usually the Bold black & white images that grab my attention...don't get me wrong I love color, but the simplicity of  black & white is stunning.  Hence the reason for my B & W blog...all that is posted here is about those 2 colors.  Today I bring you some fabulous treats...all B & W of course!

TGIF...

I will admire these fabulous shoes from afar...since I am now on 2 casts...I took a fall off of my 3 inch platform sandals...May 10th.  The trip off the curb was not a good one...broke both feet, ankles and now I have 3 months of not using my feet, as in walking.  My new motto is "WATCH YOUR STEP". Funny thing is I do love shoes...and to not wear any for months is kind of strange.  This post is my homage to some beautiful footwear!  May they REST in PEACE....they will never don my feet again...flats baby, all the way!
